Thanks for the bump I have not read this in a while. It's quite poorly written! Its so interesting to see how vastly different I wrote back then, at least what I perceive as different now.

I'm sorry for not keeping this spirit alive lately! It really does take some leadership to push it along. I have definitely hit a plateau and I am totally unashamed of admitting that. Even though in that post my focus was hugely on my body those rules of development, those stages are universal to all growth (at least I believe it is) and I am not exempt from it.

I have a feeling if you have re-read that and really taken it to heart, then you will realize that you too have hit a plateau lately. I am guessing this from the poor activity of the forum lately. And I do not blame you there are not many examples of inspiration except possibly Tom.

Another thing that needs to be added to this post but I can not come to a conclusion on; is the idea of satisfaction. Do you believe:

You can keep developing but you will only find satisfaction in the initial stages of success and soon become complacent and therefore hunger for more. And with that then does it ever end? Is there an end? If not then how does one find this satisfaction? Is satisfaction the fuel or the prize?
